Community Information

Saddle Creek is a community located in Carmel, Indiana. Saddle Creek is a community of approximately 500 residents. This Pulte community is well established and family friendly. It is not uncommon to see children riding bikes, or having fun on skateboards accompanied by their dogs, as well as couples taking an evening stroll. Amenities include a community pool, tennis and basketball courts. Another nice feature is that it is located adjacent to Rhinehart Farm, which offers horseback riding lessons, boarding, and summer camp. Saddle Creek is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and Clay Terrace Fashion Mall.

The Saddle Creek Homeowners Association is managed by Centerpoint Community Association Management. Centerpoint provides and coordinates a full spectrum of professional services for your community. They serve as the liaison for the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors and all other community partners. From contract negotiation, budgeting and financial statement preparation to compliance enforcement, site visits and assessment billing, Centerpoint works to make your community a better place to live.
